The 32km² greenfield site for the Centre and its complimentary metropolitan area is situated 15^. minutes east of Santo Domingo's international airport, Las Americas. Development^. has begun with a full site survey, a master plan, and architectural^. studies and drawings. Construction on the Centre and its surrounds will soon^. begin.

In the course of construction, the Centre will require the services of up to 1,900 workers in a complex, multi-component project. In our selection of partners we have worked to a set of benchmarked criteria to ensure that throughout the process we subscribe to standards of global best practice. Among our priorities is the adoption of environmentally responsible practices throughout the entire process in order to ensure that there is minimum ecological impact on the site.
