The Independent Financial Centre of the Americas will offer the financial community an efficient clearing and settlement facility in the OTC derivatives market from the outset. Members will therefore be able to access the fragmented Latin American market seamlessly.

A staff of experts in the Latin American markets, with specific local knowledge, will allow us to address existing inefficiencies to reduce costs and operating risk.

In due course the creation of a privately owned regional stock exchange will complete the offering, allowing companies around the world access to new capital.
